Neurodiversity at Work

What your Neurodivergent Colleagues Wish you Knew, Said, Did - and didn’t Do

Laurence Paquette is Vice President, Head of Global Marketing at Vestas — and autistic.
She’s led global teams while trying to “pass” as neurotypical, only to discover that clarity, trust, and structure were the leadership tools she (and her teams) needed all along.

Up to 20% of your employees are neurodivergent.
But most organisations still design work for the "average brain" — leaving many talented people masking their needs, hiding their strengths, and burning out quietly.

This keynote brings you real-life insight, lived experience, and research-backed advice from two women who’ve been there — and who are here to help you lead differently.

Stine Ringvig Marsal is an inclusion and customer experience expert with ADHD.
Her corporate career includes roles at Copenhagen Zoo, Tivoli Gardens, and Copenhagen Airport. As a consultant, she has supported organisations such as LEGO House, Novonesis, and Berlin Airport. She is a sociologist and the founder of InklusioNordic. Her work is grounded in both qualitative and quantitative research on experienced barriers to workplace inclusion for different marginalised groups, helping organisations see what they’re missing — and act on it.
