How masking shows up at work across different groups, what it costs, and what colleagues can do differently to ensure a sense of belonging so everyone can contribute their best work
Module 3:
Inclusive meetings that work for everyone
Outcome: Cut meeting fatigue, increase participation and enhance meeting output.
Spotlights experienced barriers in meetings for your neurodivergent employees, while showing how meetings designed for your autistic, ADHD and dyslexic colleagues, also support anyone else entering with increased cognitive load from stress, grief or caregiving responsibilities.
Module 4:
Inclusive social events at work
Outcome: Build belonging without penalizing energy limits
Shows why many social events designed to build the team, often silently excludes your neurodiverse colleagues, colleagues living with other hidden diagnosis and disabilities, your culturally minoritised colleagues and what to consider to truely build the team during work related social events.
Module 5:
Inclusive leadership conversations
Outcome: Give managers confidence to ask, not interrogate
How to ask about enablers and barriers respectfully, without needing to know about or understand potential diagnosis. How to agree small adjustments, and avoid turning support into a medical interrogation.
These 5 modules launch the library. Everything after - Modules 6 through 10 - is shaped by the Founding Partners.
