WHO THIS IS FOR
For organisations ready to turn inclusion into everyday practice
The Blueprint is for organisations that want to establish a shared foundation for practical inclusion across the workforce, without creating a major internal project.
It is a strong fit if your organisation wants to
Build shared understanding across the workforce
Use short, story-led learning to create a common language, rather than limiting inclusion learning to specialists or selected groups.
Give people something practical to do differently
Equip managers and teams with tools they can use in meetings, feedback, one-to-ones, onboarding and social events.
Fit implementation into the way work already happens
Follow a structured rollout that works through existing organisational rhythms and can be managed by one internal owner.
Measure whether everyday barriers are reducing
Look beyond training completion and track whether people experience meaningful changes in everyday working life.
Everything you need to implement an inclusive culture over 12 months
The Inclusive Culture Blueprint is a complete 12-month rollout system. Video-led themes begin with familiar workplace situations and turn real experiences into practical changes for meetings, feedback conversations, one-to-ones and social events.
People learn from experiences shared by LGBT+, neurodivergent and disabled professionals, carers, and professionals from minoritised ethnic and cultural backgrounds, without being expected to master every identity category.
Identity provides the context.
The barrier is the focus.
Better practice is the outcome.
Because the response is built into ordinary ways of working, nobody has to disclose a diagnosis, disability, identity or personal circumstance before the organisation begins to include them.
Ready-made communication, tools and measurement enable one internal owner to manage the rollout through existing channels, without creating a major internal project.
Nine themes that make inclusion recognisable in everyday working life
0
Hidden Barriers at Work
The barriers you do not see, until one day you do.
The programme opens with an introductory video.
It then explores nine familiar aspects of working life, one theme at a time.
Each theme includes a short video, dialogue cards for teams and a practical manager tool.
1
What you see is not
what is happening.
How familiar behaviour can mean something different from what we assume.
2
The great idea
that was never shared.
How meeting formats influence who prepares, participates and contributes.
3
Why some colleagues
leave the party early.
How lunches, celebrations and informal gatherings shape who feels at home in the team.
4
When humour lands differently.
What some jokes, compliments and questions communicate without us realising.
5
The effort of fitting in.
Why an ordinary working day requires more energy from some colleagues than others.
6
When "clear" means different things.
How timing, format and unspoken expectations affect whether people know what to do next.
7
What gets noticed at work.
How we recognise contribution, commitment and potential, and what we may overlook.
8
One workplace, more ways to work.
How small choices around noise, light, layout and flexibility help more people contribute.
9
When life changes
your experience of work.
How grief, divorce, menopause, stress or illness reveals that an inclusive culture was not just for someone else.

Price and terms
The agreement is annual. You are never committed beyond the current 12-month term.
60,000 DKK + VAT per 12 months, guaranteed for your first two 12-month terms.
From year three, your rate stays 25 per cent below the standard price then in effect. The standard price is 120,000 DKK from 2027.
The continuing rate applies while your agreement renews without interruption.
The annual investment is invoiced at signing.
Renewal is a decision we have to earn.
Your first year includes both:
Blueprint implementation and 12 months of HUB Premium membership. Renewal keeps both available. The Blueprint remains licensed for onboarding and ongoing use, so every new hire meets the programme as part of normal onboarding, in about 20 minutes. Annual measurement, reporting, updated tools and new themes and videos continue, alongside year-round access to HUB learning, resources and experts.
A complete organisation-wide rollout for 60,000 DKK
Stress-related absence costs Danish workplaces at least 16.4 billion DKK annually (NFA 2023).
The National Research Centre for the Working Environment (NFA) estimates a potential annual gain of up to 2,300 DKK per full-time employee from improving the psychosocial working environment, primarily through reduced sickness absence (NFA 2025).
The Early Adopter investment is a fixed 60,000 DKK excl. VAT for 12 months, not a per-employee fee.
Everyone in the organisation can access the learning material, whether you employ 200 people or 12,000.
If the programme prevents the loss of just one experienced employee, it has paid for itself.
How the rollout works
1. Prepare and launch.
Confirm the internal owner and complete the anonymised baseline measurement.
If you cannot run a company-wide survey begin without it and add it later.
Then launch with a live keynote or webinar introducing the approach, the business benefits and how the Blueprint will make everyday work better for everyone.
2. Roll out one theme at a time.
Short videos, team tools, manager guidance and ready-made communication are released in a sequence teams can absorb, use and practise.
Different rollout formats to choose from, depending on your organisational set-up.
3. Measure the change.
Follow-up measurement and the annual results report show whether recurring everyday barriers have reduced, where they remain and what to prioritise next.
Microlearning designed not to overwhelm your organisation and manageable by one internal owner through existing learning, communication and management channels.
A new system, built on experience delivering change at scale.
InklusioNordic is new.
The capability behind it is not.
