Participate in our qualitative study on perceived barriers to workplace inclusion and wellbeing

We’re mapping out the barriers experienced in the workplace by people who are neurodivergent, have a non-Scandinavian cultural background, or identify as LGBT+.

Based on the experiences shared with us, we are developing engaging training videos that help companies easily foster an inclusive culture—built on knowledge, understanding, and respect for the diversity that exists both in the workplace and in society.

What does participating involve?

We are mapping out perceived barriers in the workplace for people who are neurodivergent, have a non-Scandinavian cultural background, or identify as LGBT+.

We’re conducting two types of interviews:

  • A survey, which will be sent out in Q2 2025 to everyone who signs up.

  • A one-on-one interview, taking place between april and june.

If you’re selected for a one-on-one interview, there are different ways to participate:

  • Online via Teams, with or without video.

  • You can receive the questions and record your answers on your phone, then send us the audio file via a WeTransfer link we provide.

Participation is anonymous.

We may use quotes from the interviews in the training videos, but no names, voices, titles, or images will be used.

We’re exploring perceived barriers to inclusion and accessibility for:

  • LGBT+ individuals

  • People with non-Scandinavian backgrounds

  • Neurodivergent individuals

Based on the experiences we gather, we’re developing training videos for companies that want to create inclusive employee and customer experiences.

If you identify with one or more of the groups above, your stories and experiences will play a vital role in shaping tools that offer insight and understanding of the everyday challenges and barriers we face as minorities.

Our mission is to help create a more inclusive and accessible world—shaped by the voices, experiences, and tools developed by those it’s truly about.
